We have decided, after much deliberation, to only conduct 50 minute lessons from 1 April . We feel that 30 minute sessions are often too frenetic, not allowing us the time necessary to achieve the technical changes required. Many of our customers also travel long distances to receive coaching with one of our Professionals and a shorter lesson just passes too quickly. We have invested in new video equipment enabling two teachers to use the equipment simultaneously so that all customers can experience the benefits this technology provides. One system is also portable using a laptop so that short game and playing lessons can be videoed and played back on the screen whether it is on the putting green, chipping and pitching area or on one of the holes on the course. After April 1st every customer will be given a FOC memory stick which can be brought to all of their sessions so that a library of their lessons can be held and then down loaded onto their own computers at home. The longer lessons allow us adequate time to do this and to conclude the appointment correctly. All customers will also be e-mailed a bullet point summary of their lesson by their specific coach within 24 hours of their visit. Because the new system restricts the number of pupils we can individually coach within a normal working week we have experienced our regular customers booking lessons much further into the year.

- Follow up analysis of lesson via email
- Free warm up basket before lesson
- Retrospective free 7th lesson providing the 6 lessons have been taken within a 12 month period
